Seasonal shares from our community market garden

On average around 6-8 vegetables or whatever a share of the harvest is. That could be up to 12 during gluts, but the price stays the same as a share in the harvest. With our veg shares, you’ll savour the taste of vegetables grown using organic principles that support both your health and the planet, grown right here in Camelford. Each week, members received veg boxes filled with a selection of hand-picked vegetables, ranging from crisp greens, salads and root vegetables to seasonal delights. We also grow lots of delicious and rarer heritage produce that you just can’t buy in the supermarkets. We like to experiment with what to grow and are always open to suggestions. Last year we grew SEVEN varieties of tomatoes for our mixed heritage bags, and our salad bags have at least five types of leaves in – without an iceberg in sight! By enjoying your veg share you’re eating in harmony with the seasons, tasting the freshest produce, reducing food miles, supporting regenerative agriculture, the local economy and jobs too! Occasionally we may add to the boxes with produce from other local suppliers who grow in the same ways we do. We will let you know when this is the case. Want a fortnightly box rather than weekly?
